Bij HELP ME SURVIVE ORG VZW geloven we in volledige transparantie. Elke bijdrage wordt direct geïnvesteerd in onze sociale projecten. Wij betalen geen bonussen of dividenden uit; alle ingezamelde gelden dienen uitsluitend ons maatschappelijk doel.

At HELP ME SURVIVE ORG VZW, we believe in full accountability. Every single donation is reinvested directly into our programs. As a certified VZW, we do not pay out dividends or profits; all funds strictly serve our statutory mission.

  • 50% Ontwikkeling in Afrika: Waterputten, schoolbenodigdheden en directe projectsteun in rurale gebieden.
  • 50% African Development: Solar water boreholes, school supplies, and direct rural aid.
  • 50% Développement en Afrique : Puits d'eau solaire, matériel scolaire et aide aux villages ruraux.

Werkende Leden

Active Members (Werkende Leden)

Membres Actifs (Werkende Leden)

Werkende leden zijn nauw betrokken bij de dagelijkse werking van de vereniging en bezitten stemrecht in de Algemene Vergadering. Zij zetten zich actief in voor de realisatie van onze statutaire doelen.

Active members are directly involved in running the organization and possess voting rights in the General Assembly. They commit to hands-on work for our local integration and humanitarian goals.

Les membres actifs participent directement au fonctionnement de l'association et disposent du droit de vote à l'Assemblée générale. Ils s'engagent activement pour nos objectifs.

  • Stemrecht bij statutaire wijzigingen en bestuursverkiezingen
  • Voting rights on statutory amendments and board elections
  • Droit de vote sur les modifications de statuts et élections
  • Maximale jaarlijkse bijdrage vastgesteld op €50
  • Maximum statutory annual membership fee capped at €50

Toegetreden leden ondersteunen het doel van de VZW moreel of financieel. Zij hebben geen stemrecht in de Algemene Vergadering, maar worden nauw betrokken bij onze evenementen en ontvangen regelmatige voortgangsverslagen.

Associated members support our mission morally or financially. While they do not hold voting rights in the General Assembly, they are key participants in our local events and receive regular project updates.

Les membres associés soutiennent l'ASBL moralement ou financièrement. Sans droit de vote, ils participent à nos activités et reçoivent nos lettres d'information.
